By using our professional services, you acknowledge that you have accepted the terms and conditions, cost of services, and that all CV writing services are provided following a proof of payment and submission of all supporting documents and/or information that you wish to have included in the CV. Changing/adding additional information that was not disclosed during the initial correspondence, may attract an additional cost.
Process & Policy
Fees paid for our services are non-refundable due to the customised nature of the service, which is an individual and unique product that cannot be resold. We do provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. After receiving your new professional Word and PDF format, you will be prompted to take your time to review and then supply us with a list of changes you require free of charge to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the end product. Should additional changes be required thereafter, an admin fee will be charged.
